your school first

| Your prospectus is often the first source
of information about your school for parents and offspring alike,
as well as being a tangible reminder of their first visit to look
around. So you really deserve one that is clear, informative and attractive,
not something that looks like a government white paper or that's been
cobbled together by Year 2 on a bad day. In other words, a prospectus
that reflects the professional excellence of the service you provide.
Besides designing and printing your prospectus, here are some of the
ways in which we can help you: |
| Copywriting
— for every headteacher, there’s nearly always something
more pressing or exciting to do than write the stuff that needs
to go into the school prospectus. We provide a full copywriting
service. We know what you’re statutorally obliged to put in
and, if your Year 6 school journey isn’t to Barbados, you’ll
have plenty of opportunity to correct the details we haven’t
got right. |

| Photography
— when it comes to prospectuses, pictures can often say a
lot more than words. Our photographers have a wealth of experience
in capturing the variety and complexity of school life. A day’s
photoshoot at your school can ensure that a wide range of school
activities appears in your prospectus, that key strengths are given
the right visual emphasis and that we make the most of your best
features, omitting tarmac deserts and rusting radiators. The resulting
photos can, of course, be used for other purposes, such as displays,
or prints can even be sold to parents!

Crests, shields and logos -
if your school badge comprises an unparsable
Latin inscription or something that might or might not have been the
school dog in the 1930s, it may be time to update your image. We specialise
in the design of school logos and their application to everything,
from stationery to signage to the side of the school minibus. Or,
of course, we can simply spruce up your existing emblem - or at least
try to translate the school motto. |

thing we'll do is send you a few samples, which should help you
decide how you want yours to look. After that we can call in, give
you some advice on 'dos' and 'don'ts' and then, if you can't face
it, we'll take the whole thing off you, so you can concentrate on
